Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Generally it is 40-60 days. It depends on your project. 

Q3:How do you control the quality and delivery?

A3: A pre-production sample before mass production for quality checking and our inspection system during the whole process from raw materials to final package to control quality.
Export package is strong and safety for long delivery.

Q4: How do you ship the sample?

A4: We will ship samples by air like DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/ TNT. Usually we offer free samples and customers pay the air freight. Or customer can collect sample from our address as well.

Q5: How quick do you reply？

A5: We will reply you as soon as possible. Once received the email, we will reply you within 24 hours. If you need an urgent reply, please send text to the wechat or call us by Wechat/Phone.

Q6: What's your payment terms?

A6: Usually TT 30% in advance, balance before shipment.  Or TT 30% as deposit to start production, the balance amount against copy of B/L.

Q7:Can you OEM &ODM?
A7: Yes, we can do OEM/ODM products. We can print your logo in the label or nameplate. Then our technical expertisetest for accuracy, safety, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
